- Bases for selecting security and protection employees:

1. To be of Jordanian nationality and hold a national number.

2. To be able to read and write, and it is preferable to hold a high school diploma or higher.

. 3. The employee must have completed 25 years of age and not exceed 45 years of age.

4. General appearance: Height and weight should be proportional.

5. To be medically and physically fit.

6. To have a certificate of no criminal record (security auditor).

7. To have a desire to work in the security sector.

8. To be a retired military officer or from a security agency or to have completed a security and protection course according to the instructions of the Ministry of Interior.

9. To be polite in dealing with others.

10. All employees are qualified, highly trained, with long periods of experience in the domain of security, including maintaining security of materials, security of individuals, security of information and security of properties first aid procedures and General safety course.
