GUARD RECRUITMENT POLICY�
All the security guards employed by Thunder company must fit certain criteria, in addition to passing a series of
specific interviews conducted members of our senior specialists.
The criteria are as follows:
v Must be presentable
v Knowledge of the English language where required.
v Read and write Arabic
v Alert and active
v Healthy, and physically fit.
v Experienced in the police force, military or other security firm
v Has an eye for security
All security guards accepted must provide us with the following documentation:
v Clearance and background check certificate from the authorities.
v National ID.
v Full personal details and address.
Security guards accepted for a position with Thunder who have met the above
requirements will then under security training in the following fields:
v Personal security checks
v Car checks
v Crowd behavior and crowd control
v Basic explosives course
v Communication skills
v Business ethics
v First aid
v General PR.
v Training on security equipment (scanners, walk through, walkie talkies)
Additional security training is provided to the guards throughout their employment with Thunder in addition to
regular and periodic refresher courses for the aforementioned.
All of our security guards are paid in accordance with Jordanian Labor Laws to include taxes, and Social Security.
All of our security guards are uniformed and are required to wear their uniforms while on duty.
All locations have on site team leaders, supervisors and site managers in addition to regular, periodic and random
checks by Thunder company mobile units and operation managers.
